Special Solutions is a unique firm working in the area of divorce planning for families in this process and with those families which have family members with special needs.  Special Solutions President and Founder, John James, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™) and a Licensed Advocate for Protected Tomorrows®. His business associate, Tawney Roller, is a Certified Divorce Specialist.

John and Tawney work with families to help them navigate the complex issues associated with the divorce process by considering the financial, emotional and personal elements that drive the decision making process.  For those with family members with special needs, John James, as a Licensed Advocate of Protected Tomorrows, works with the family to create a Future Care Plan^TM for their loved one with special needs.  The goal is to help find answers to the complex questions that keep parents up at night, help them to do what they need to do, and then get it done.

John and Tawney help their clients stay in control and make informed decisions in the process of their divorce. Special Solutions is passionate about divorce situations, particularly where special needs children are involved.  The support of a child with special needs must cover their lifetime, and typically this lifetime care is not addressed truthfully during the divorce process.
